These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") govern any paid subscription you purchase to access premium features of the LiveNori mobile application or related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Seven Six Labs LLC, a Washington State limited liability company ("Seven Six Labs," "we," "us").
These Subscription Terms supplement, and are part of, our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. If there is a conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service regarding a paid subscription, these Subscription Terms control.
By starting a subscription you agree to (a) the price and billing period you select at checkout, (b) automatic renewal at the same price and interval until cancelled, and (c) the cancellation and refund procedures below.
We currently offer subscriptions to LiveNori Pro with the following billing periods (the offerings, prices, and features may change for new subscribers; existing subscribers will be notified before any change applies to them):

Local prices and currency are shown to you in-app before purchase based on your storefront. Apple and Google may convert prices to local currency and tier; the price you see at checkout is authoritative.

Subscriptions are sold and billed by:
Seven Six Labs does not store your payment-card number; the relevant store or processor handles all payment data.
3.1 Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for the same duration, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3.2 Charged to Your Account. Your Apple ID, Google account, or the payment method on file with Stripe will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
3.3 No Action Needed to Renew. If you take no action, your subscription will renew automatically.
3.4 Price Changes. If the renewal price changes, we (or Apple / Google) will notify you and obtain renewed consent where required by law and by the relevant store's policies before the new price takes effect.
4.1 If a free trial or introductory offer is available, the eligibility, length, and terms are presented to you in-app at the point of purchase.
4.2 You will be charged the regular price at the end of any free trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Cancellation during the trial preserves access until the end of the trial period.
4.3 Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID, Google account, or Stripe customer, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. Re-subscribing after cancellation does not entitle you to another free trial.

5.3 Web (Stripe): From within LiveNori, go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription, or email support@livenori.com.
5.4 Effect of Cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the LiveNori app does not cancel your subscription.
6.1 App Store / Google Play Purchases. Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. Seven Six Labs cannot issue refunds for those purchases. Request refunds at:
6.2 Web (Stripe) Purchases. For web subscriptions purchased directly from Seven Six Labs, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase if you have not made substantial use of paid features. Email support@livenori.com.
6.3 Statutory Withdrawal Rights. If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction granting a statutory right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase within 14 days of purchase unless you have expressly consented at checkout to immediate performance and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins. We obtain that consent at the time of purchase.
6.4 No Refunds for Partial Periods. Except as required by applicable law or expressly stated above, fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or accidental purchases.
Stated prices may exclude applicable sales, use, value-added, goods-and-services, or similar taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your location. You are responsible for any such taxes.
To purchase a subscription you must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have an active Apple ID, Google account, or Stripe-supported payment method. A single subscription gives you access on all devices logged into the same LiveNori account, subject to anti-abuse limits.
We may add, remove, or change paid plans, features, and prices at any time for future billing periods. We will provide at least 30 days' notice by email and/or prominent in-app notice before any price increase applies to your renewal. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
If a payment fails or is reversed, we (or the relevant store) may retry the charge per the store's policies. We may suspend access to paid features until payment is successful. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation.
Promotional and offer codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, may be limited to new subscribers or specific cohorts, and may be revoked at any time if obtained or used in violation of these Subscription Terms or our Terms of Service. Apple offer codes and App Store promo codes are subject to Apple's terms.
A paid subscription does not transform the Service into medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, warranty disclaimers, and dispute-resolution provisions in our Terms of Service — including binding arbitration and class-action waiver in Section 17 — apply to your subscription with full force.
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting current subscribers will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email and/or in-app notice. Your continued use of the subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
